Assignment #3- Design a remote control helicopter for Air Hogs Company.
You have been hired to create conceptual line up ideas for the 2014 year.
Please familiarize yourself with the Air Hog brand by visiting their website, and obtaining any information about the brand that you can.
Guidelines- The helicopter should have a new idea separating it from past models. There needs to be blades since it is a helicopter, and the unit should have a remote control. Consider blending other flying devices that already exist. If you like, try to combine a theme from another type of toy design, and see what the outcome might be. For example a mech themed flying helicopter, a military grade search and rescue vehicle, or a reconnaissance helio flying device with usb camera built in camera.
Please place consideration into the design of the remote control device. It should have similar design philosophies as the helicopter.
All ideas must be approved by Instructor Phil Dimitriadis before leaving thumbnail sketching phase.
